{Site Updates}

4/24/08

• New page up for JMWRITING. It's my TF2 [Team Fortress 2] page, all about my specs, stats, amazingness [or lack of] and where to connect with me, via PC! [However, the page isn't exactly up yet, I lied. But it will be. and better than ever.]
• New masks added [not yet, but they will be when I get home]. It's for sale too. I'm working on a plague doctor mask, which I'll add to the WIP [work in process for you art-challenged folk.]
• New layout. Yeah. It's not on every page yet though because I was too tired to apply it to the other one's yet, but you bet your bottom dollar that it will be.
• The 'excerpts' page has been updated. It's updated so that it takes up less room on MY part... [meaning, you go to 'excerpt' page and it directs you to whatever page YOU want to go. Have fun.]
• I WILL put up excerpts from Holding Hands with the Plague Doctor sometime soon. That will be fun.

{Blog}

So, today I spent the day at my mom's work. She works at OTC, [Occupational Training Center, in short, they work with the mentally handicapped. It's a good time.] and it's pretty interesting there. Now, don't be thinkin' that I just spent my morning on the computer, because I've been helping out all day. [which is a lie, but I have not been on the computer until now, I swear.] But whatever.

I've been working on the site. Since Feb. 10th, we've had 1,660 some visitors. That's not bad, but I want to expand it. I need it to become greater than it is. I want to have some purchases here. It should be good. Don't make me punch people here, I'll start punchin' people. But anyhow. I'm going to go because there's really nothing going on here... because nothing's really new with the site 'cept some page updates.

That absolutely sucks. It just DOES. I have to go and buy a blankity blank blank God knows how much graphics card so I can blast me some newbs. That's so uncool. But whatever. Anyhow. I saw Alien VS Predator: Requiem. Probably the worst movie I have ever ever ever EVER seen in my lifetime; but I like it just because it has predator in it. I love me some predator. Mmmm-mm! LOL.
But anyhow. Back to something better than a guy being over-dominated by a Predator. But, uh. Yeah. Updates. Let's go to updates. My mouth hurts.

• I took off the music player to make the page load faster. (Nobody but me likes 80's music anyhow.)

JMWRITING: Orange Box

I started making masks today and I have red acrylic paint all over myself. I keep thinking I'm bleeding to death and then I realize.. I'm not.

I got the Orange Box for PC but it's giving me some issues. I get to round 8 of Portal, I go to fire at the wall, and every time I fire at that exact spot, it shuts down my computer. I think it's my graphics card. I'm not wasting that money though, considering all the Half-Life's work for me. Team Fortress was fun but 5 minutes into gameplay, it shuts down my computer too. I dunno. I gave up and went back to Half-Life.

On the other hand... let's see. Nothing's new with updates. Traffic has decreased for whatever reason, but I've been really lazy with it. I've been working my hands until I need to throw my hand in a pound of lotion because my hands are so dry. Ugh. Masks are on the front porch. So bored.

BLOG:

*I am Legend spoilers*

So, today I saw I am Legend. I naturally went into it with the mind-frame that I'm GOING to hate it. I'm very opinionated. When I see a movie that looks bad, I want to hate it. But I Youtubed Sam dying because everybody was freaking out about this dog's neck being snapped and after that I decided to watch it. It was a pretty okay movie. I liked it, I wouldn't buy it on DVD, but I liked it. I didn't like the vampires---they were too lame looking. The ending was terrible, and Sam dying wasn't as sad as I thought, but it did make me cry. (a lot) Not so much when he died, but because they kept playing flashbacks of him as a puppy... and then on top of it, Will Smith is like crazy and roaming around talking to mannequins and the saddest line ever in that whole movie was, "I told my friend I'd say hello to you today. Hello." It was pretty heart wrenching.

I can't wait for Spring Break. Just the fact that I'm off for what feels like forever will make my life. Anyhow. I'm really tired. I'm going to go back to watching Mystery Science Theater 3000. Anybody else watch that? I used to LOVE that show growing up. Still do.

New layout was added to the page, as well as some widgets, stamps (from DeviantART), more buttons, and a chat box so add some flare to the website.

Things look a little more blog-friendly and more trusty and lovable.
